Hiveram
For owners and decision makers.
Your staff use AI to write emails, reports and numbers. The AI does the work, and often nobody writes down what it did or who checked it. It is like paying bills with no receipts: fine until the auditor asks.
We give you the receipts. For every piece of AI work your team puts through it: who asked for it, what the AI did, what evidence was submitted, and who closed it. One line per job, kept by you, not by the AI company.
This is a real line from our own record, from October 2026. It is a change to this website. The names are replaced by roles.
| Who asked | What the AI did | The evidence | Who checked | Who closed | When |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| The founder | Drafted a change to the Why page: three regulator texts added | The reviewed change, and a check of the live page afterwards | The AI that wrote it tried to mark it done and was refused. The founder read it. | The founder, fifteen minutes later | 12 October 2026, evening |
The AI cannot mark its own work done. Someone else has to close the line, and the record shows who did and when. Whether they read it carefully stays your job; the record does not prove that.
Your auditor. Your bank. A customer with a complaint. A regulator after an incident. Your insurer after a claim. Each of them asks the same question: what did the AI do, and who checked it before it went out?
And when they ask, the reason for a decision often exists only in the head of someone who has since left.
In October 2026 Singapore’s audit regulator told audit firms that AI work in an audit file may need to show what was used and what a person changed, and its financial regulator told banks and insurers the same for their AI, phased in from 2027. Those rules are for them, not yet for every business. But your auditor and your bank read those texts, and they will ask you. The exact wording is on Why Hiveram. The cases where nobody could show it, Singapore first, are on the cases page.
It does not check the work; a person still does that. It does not run your AI, and it does not need access to your systems. Your people enter the work in the record as they go, which takes a minute; the AI can submit its own evidence, but it cannot close its own work.
It fits into the day you already have. When the AI drafts a report, a supervisor checks it and a person sends it, each of those steps goes on the same line as it happens.
We ask one question first: who asks your company to show what it did, and what do you give them today? If the answer is “nobody yet”, we say so and stop there. If someone does ask, we show you the record on one of your own reports.
